Held On Till May is a Pop Punk band from sunny South Africa, est 2015. With a band name inspired by the iconic Pierce The Veil, the bar has never been raised higher for these 4 guys.

One sunny Wednesday afternoon in the shire, we found ourselves a bassist. The funniest and warm-hearted fellow you'll ever know; Mr. Tehan Buys. He lives and breathes energy drinks and he's got the cutest giggles as well. Before the formation of HOTM Tehan was a drummer in Arno's previous band. A very talented fellow indeed. He loves baking pastries and eating them as well, to put it bluntly.
Well Eric is just Eric. He's quite a sloth, since he only loves sleeping and smiling. Currently busy with his master's degree in Jedi training, he is very passionate about his future. He was the latest addition to the band and also slams a piano now and again. What else is there to say? Well, he tried to be as cool as Pierre and attempted skateboarding. He broke his collar bone. Nice job Eric. Nice job.
The founder and lead vocalist of HOTM has been chasing after music since he was kicking his momma's belly. He is also known as the CEO of the best hugs ever and loves casting a patronus charm just to scare muggles. Apart from that, he's the heart and soul of HOTM's lyrics and he loves you... Yes... You... This is but a brief summary of this historical man.
Slammin at the drums we've got the youngest member of the band. Currently he carries the most trampstamps and the prettiest hair. He's pretty cool; Way too cool for our band at least. His biggest inspiration is JB and he's proud to say it. He's also pretty crazy when it comes down to skateboarding, BMX-ing, BEINGSEXY-ing and a lot of other things-ing.
DID YOU GET YOUR BAND NAME FROM PIERCE THE VEIL?
This is probably the question we've been asked the most. Yes, we got our name from the song 'Hold On Till May' by Pierce The Veil. They are one of our biggest inspirations and one of our all time favourite bands, so it's kinda our homage to them. And on top of that, we started the band in the month of May.

We don't even know, but there definitely might be some distant relation.

HOW DID YOU GUYS MEET?
By using the supernatural power of the force in combination with the power of an Accio charm, we met each other at the Council of Elrond.
